Fletcher likes to say that macaroni and cheese is my favorite food. Labeling it as my favorite food makes me feel like I'm 5 years old, so I typically deny it. But if I'm being honest, it is on the list of my favorite foods! Last week I tried a new mac & cheese recipe. The recipe comes from a local restaurant, Urban Cookhouse. Lucky for me they published the recipe in the paper a while ago. We love Urban Cookhouse, and I particularly love their hot cheddar pasta. I have been wanting to try their recipe at home, and last week I finally did. I thought it was even better fresh out of the oven, then it is in the restaurant. It was delicious!
