Pimento Cheese Biscuits

We love pimento cheese around here! I saw these pimento cheese biscuits featured in the most recent Southern Living and made them over the weekend. All you need is a bag of frozen biscuits and some pimento cheese.

Lay out the frozen biscuits (on lightly floured surface) and let them thaw. Once they are thawed press them them together to form a rectangle. Then spread with Pimento Cheese.

Roll up, starting at one long end. Then cut into 12 (about 1 inch thick) slices. Place each slice into each muffin cup of a lightly greased muffin pan.

Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes then serve.

They would be great for breakfast or as an appetizer!
