One of my "go-to" meals is Chicken Spaghetti. It is easy, cheap, makes a lot, and it is one of Fletcher's favorites. I know whenever I make it that it will supply multiple dinners and a few lunches too. This week noodles and chicken were on sale, so I double the recipe and froze half of it. I've made it so many times that now I just toss everything in the pan and don't measure, I don't think the specific measurements matter too much. I originally found the recipe here.
I doubled what I usually make and ended up with one 9x13 and 4 of these 7" pans. So two dinners for this week and then 4 for later!
