Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Where did January go? I've clearly neglected this blog for the last few weeks. Good thing I didn't make it a New Year's resolution to be a more consistent blogger...I would have already failed at that! I'll try to do better. Tonight I tried a new super easy recipe! I was drawn to it because it had such a short list of ingredients, plus I always love a recipe with bacon! Here we go...

Cut chicken breasts in half and pound to 1/2" thickness. Spread cream cheese over chicken breasts. Dot with butter and season with salt. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Baked at 400 for 35-40. Then turn on the broiler and broil for up to 5 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
8 oz. chive and onion cream cheese
6 pieces of bacon
Tablespoon Butter
