Pizza Rolls

Sometimes I think I have the taste buds of a 10 year old, and I think Fletcher probably thinks that even more often then I do (he has much more well rounded taste buds). This is a kid + adult friendly recipe! I was particularly interested in trying this recipe because my friends Leah and Anna use to always make Totinos Pizza Rolls in their Toaster Oven when we lived in the dorm. So Leah, this one is for you!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Divide Pizza Dough in half. Roll each half into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and 12 inches long. Sprinkle each half with equal amounts of garlic salt, basil, cheeses, and pepperoni. Start on short end and roll dough up tightly to form a log. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and spread out on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until browned on top. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. The great thing about this recipe is you can really do any sort of toppings you like!

Pizza Rolls:
Pizza Dough (I used Pillsbury)
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 tsp. Basil
1 cup sliced peppoeroni (I used turkey pepperoni)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
