This week I had some bananas go bad so I decided it was the perfect opportunity to try a new banana bread recipe.
Here's what you need.
First you mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
In a separate bowl mix together eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and milk. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and stir just until moistened.
Stir in chocolate chunks and chopped walnuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 55 minutes (I had to bake mine an extra 10).
Let cool, then slice and enjoy! I made this bread on Friday night, then ended up making a last minute trip to Memphis on Saturday. When I got back home tonight the bread was gone! I think Fletch gives this new recipe a thumbs up!

2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup mashed bananas (3 bananas)
