White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Warning: Proceed with Caution. This recipe is delicious, but it might be one of those recipes that is easier to enjoy when you don't know what is in it. But it is really good! I made it for the Flynn family Christmas and the Cox family Christmas!

First, you cut up croissants in to 1-inch pieces. Then, you soak the croissants in 4 cups heavy cream for at least 30 minutes.

While it soaks mix together sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Add sugar mixture to croissants, then add white chocolate chips. Spread mixture in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

You can serve it alone...

Or with the chocolate ganache! I recommend the ganache. It is best when you eat it warm! Yummy!

Bread Pudding:
8 croissants
4 cup heavy cream
2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
12 oz white chocolate chips

12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
