Chicken Parmesan

This is a recipe that I tried last week and we really enjoyed! It was also my first experience with any frying chicken. And it wasn't completely fried. But it was definitely a first! First you should line up three shallow dishes. In the first combine eggs and milk, in the second put panko crumbs, and in the third flour.

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then panko crumbs, then flour, then put in the skillet...

Drain the chicken on a paper towel then lay in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.

Cover with tomato sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Top with pepperoni.

Bake in the oven at 450 for 15 minutes.

We served it with noodles (because we have so many) and it was delicious!

4 chicken breast halves
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
1/4 Parmesan cheese
2 ounces turkey pepperoni
1 large jar marinara
1/4 cup canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
