Although I was initially disappointed at the thought of staying in Auburn for the weekend (with my boarding pass for my 9:00 flight to Little Rock in my purse), it has turned out to be a relaxing and fun weekend in Auburn. This morning Lacey and I headed to small town Waverly, Alabama for the 280 Boogie. There was live blue grass music and lots of different artist's booths. The booths varied from homemade honey to ceramic pottery to a $10 chair massage!
The weather was beautiful and it was a very "small town Alabama" thing to do before we graduate. As we left the pepper jelly booth the lady said "Enjoy Your Boogie" and we definitely did!
I am a newlywed settling into life in the real world in Sweet Home Alabama. I love my Savior, cooking, projects with Fletch, Carrie Underwood, diet coke, raisinets, and spending time with my family and friends. This blog chronicles our newlywed life!
