Apple Pie Pockets

I wanted to try something, so I did a little baking experiment. If I did it again, I would do a few things differently. I wanted to make small little apple pie pockets. So I cooked the apples in the skillet with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Then I rolled out the pie crust and put a little bit of the apple mixture on to the crust and folded it up. If I were to do this again I would peel the apples, make the pockets more of a bite-size (like the size of a ravioli) and brush the top with powdered sugar.
